Derek and his team are wonderful! Last summer we hired Derek to upgrade our electrical panel, install exterior outlets, run new electrical in our garage and install exterior lighting. We were very pleased with his work and his price was very fair. We hired him again to run wiring for overhead lighting in our entire upstairs. He is prompt, responsive, and leaves no mess. I highly recommend him!!

Derek and his crew did a great job of replacing my old panel that had run out of room and making sure that I could hook an emergency generator up to it. Derek got back immediately after I left a voicemail about a service inquiry. He was able to stop by my house within a week to see the existing setup and get a full picture on the service that I wanted. He gave me multiple options that fit my requirements and a price that seemed more than reasonable. In addition to upgrading to a new panel and adding an external generator inlet, Derek also fixed a fraying connection to the utility pole from my house. I hadn't even noticed it but during a walk-thru of my backyard, he spotted it and was able to quickly repair it before anything got worse. I really applaud the whole crew for keeping sane on the day of the service. It was a very rainy day in mid-September and everything was cold, wet and muddy. The service lasted over half the day and the crew still did a great job despite the uncomfortable conditions. At one point I began to get concerned about the water level in my sump hole getting high while the power was off. Derek quickly pulled a portable generator out of the back of his truck and we got the sump pump turned on to address the issue. He was clearly prepared for any issues that could have come up.

I highly recommend Doll Electric. They did great work. I needed a bunch of fixtures replaced and a few outlets. Their prices are very reasonable. The workers Jonathan and Caleb were personable, professional, timely and answered any questions I had. Overall great experience.

They were very focused and hard working, and there was no nonsense like I have seen with some companies that have worked on my home. Trustworthy and fair! My home in Amherst lost power due to corrosion inside my panel. I paid a big company $300 to quote the work and the quote came in higher than expected. I was referred to Derek at Doll Electric for a second opinion. Derek explained options for the repair and other improvements, provided a fair quote, and completed the work a few days later. Derek, Caleb and Josh upgraded my electrical panel to 200 amps, installed a 220v line, and swapped out a light fixture for me. They did a fantastic job! They work clean and efficiently and I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend this company.

I have used Doll Electric several times in the past. Recently I decided to replace al of my hanging ceiling lights with in ceiling lights. Derek and his team arrived, and took care of all three rooms in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. He continues to provide excellent, courteous, and professional service, and will get all of my electrical business moving forward. Below is a before and after look of the kitchen.
